I sold my two vacant possession rental properties and although the firm of solicitors I used were absolutely unprofessional and incompetent , David liaised with this firm on my behalf and was very professional and supportive. Buyers were found very quickly and he guided me through a very stressful period purely down to the solicitors I used. Both David and Marie were exceptionally helpful and kind and I highly recommend using Killens, Wells when selling property.

We bought our beautiful bungalow from Killens in wells. Due to unforeseen circumstances the process was not as straightforward as anticipated but Marie was fantastic, she followed up everything, chased deadlines, kept us informed, she genuinely stopped me going mad!!!! We have recently purchased a new home through Killens Estate Agents. From the first viewing through to completion the staff especially Bradley have been excellent. We were kept informed every step of the way. Emails & telephone calls were responded to with us never having to chase them. When Bradley wasn?t available every staff member was again very helpful even to the point where Sally offered to take the house keys home so we could complete out of hours. We honestly cannot rate them highly enough & would certainly recommend.
