Went to collect an item from the Wells branch and had to wait at the counter whilst the guy behind it spent ages dealing with another customer. He didn't acknowledge me or bother to tell me that somebody would be with me as soon as they were available. After around 10-15 minutes waiting, I interrupted him and asked him whether there were any other staff that could deal with me but he was quite sarcastic and said that if there was, he would have asked them to deal with me. Not impressed!!! I won't be using the Wells branch again.

Value for money but not the service I'd received from independently owned shops,chain cqme off the moment I rife bike after service.

Ordered a new mower battery online - much cheaper than any online shop and got extra off as a Halford?s Member. Collected when convenient but product was picked and ready to collect within hours. Highly recommend
