Ben was amazing ! What a trooper, there was a mechanical complication in replacement of a headlight bulb on my lorry and Ben sorted it out effectively, politely & efficiently. He deserves an employee of the month award or something. He is a credit to Halfords. Great experience

Both members of staff I met where very helpful on different aspects and were able to show me the products I needed and how to use them. The other gave me detailed advice on a service for my car I might be interested in and how to set it up. Both polite and informative and helpful.

Manager Matt was really kind and helpful in doing a return for me. I have also used this store many times over the years for things like windscreen wipers, stereos, consumables, and bicycle tyres. Overall, a really good store with excellent customer service - many thanks.

2nd time here this year. Staff are always really helpful and quick to do stuff. Seems like a completely fair price for everything. The people I've met there seem to enjoy working there which says a lot. If you're someone who finds mechanics and garages intimidating then this is the perfect place. Also signed up for the halfords membership thing for free.
