“My local club. It’s lovely. Very welcoming. A good range of people. Some are serious players and some are just looking for a good time so whatever type of player you are I think they’ve got you covered. The club pro Terry is very good and I’m keen to learn from him more.The only thing that lets it down is that although the club house is a relatively new building, it feels quite dated and gloomy. The balcony is quite nice however overlooking the 18th green. Also, the driving range covers all bases certainly but it could do with an update. It’s advertised as a flood lit range but I’ve never seen them on.All in all I’m proud to be a member and as a member I feel a wanting to push them for more from the club.”
