I used to use the Bath salon, and always had a good experience, on closure I had to change to Wells, it is a long drive, but wanted to remain with the company. I use the beauty salon only. Since moving I have had a different person each time, with various results, my last visit I came away very disappointed with a treatment I have had for many years and never experienced this before. It is twice the price of my local salon and now I am wondering if to ever return.
