Very poor. Staff need to realise their not speaking to a friend but a paying customer. We had a 2nd appointment today to pick up new phone and finalise contract, arrived to be told the phone wasn't there in a very casual manner.
When I asked why they hadn't phoned to let us know was told they had been to busy.
We'll go somewhere else I think.
Not impressed very unprofessional.

Jess and her team helped me organise home broadband and gave me a fantastic upgrade on my EE contract . They have also let me use a space in their store to speak over the phone with EE . Jess wrote down the quote for me , which was extremely useful and the whole experience has left me happy and glad that EE is my phone provider. 100% recommend ?. Thank you again ! ?

Excellent Service from Aaron and Sean when I came in to report my phone damaged. Sean stayed on at end of the day to make sure I was organised for a next day delivery entertaining my kids as I spoke to the insurance company. The next day Aaron made sure I was completely supported when the delivery company delivered elsewhere. The company paid me back £30, for the mistake and Aaron made sure I had a phone no matter what to use as I walked out the door. Very lovely, kind efficient and informative. They did everything to make me feel at home and leave with everything I needed in place :) I can?t wait to come back!

I was served by a young incapable girl Paige. I am from Australia travelling Europe and the UK and was after a SIM card for my time away. Rather than offering me options she was quick to laugh at my accent and rudely made a comment "what I was doing here" from Australia coming to the UK. I was not offered any options whatsoever as I didn't have a sort code and she did not assist me at all. She was halfway through serving another man who "left to another shop where people know what they're doing." Absolutely terrible service and appalling customer interaction as someone who should be wanting to make business for their company. Do not spend money here, so disgusted by my treatment as a customer willing to pay money. She was awful and ruined my day.

Absolutely amazing staff, sorted out my new mobile and watch. Set everything up for me. The shop in Taunton sold me, but said that I had to set it up at home, my generation or maybe it's just me couldn't. The young man in Wells, so helpful set it all up. Thankyou
