The coffee is really disaster don?t know how to make coffee very disappointed

Baristas seemed more interested in their private gossiping than the customers. When ordering, I ordered a white chocolate whipped coffee and a caramel frap. Drinks order had to be repeated. Then got asked if any sauce was wanted, we requested ketchup. She then had to ask again. Ordered a bacon bap and a sausage bap which were great, nice temperature. Got the drinks, but one was not what we ordered. Instead of a white choc, we got a caramel whipped iced latte. All the sauce/flavouring was sat at the bottom and there?s no point in the foam the top because you cannot drink that through a straw. Frappe was alright but cream melted straight away. Very bad.

I went to Costa today after school with three of my friends and there was only one couple in the coffee shop 2 of my friends ordered a drink and me and my other friend didn?t get one. once we sat down we were asked to leave as we weren?t buying anything even though we were with paying costumers. The point of this is they wouldn?t treat older members of the community like this it?s just because we are teenagers.(we also go regularly to Costa on weekends with older family members and don?t get treated like this.)Kid-friendliness: Very rude towards children and don?t want to serve them.

Popped in one chilly Sunday afternoon for a warm drink and a cake and were not disappointed. Friendly staff, lovely drinks (I think I'm addicted to the Costa hot chocolate!) and a very clean and tidy environment. Will definitely stop by for a chocolate fix next time we're in the area.

Coffee beans are important but not every cup coffee is equaly made. I have my favourite people who make great tasting coffee! One of those places is Costa in Wells....Young lad who always remember what I am having and by the observing he knows all the regular customers and their favourite drinks. I will have to mention that I am popping in for coffee on Thursdays mornings so its relatively quiet ... What a exceptional customer service ?. He's polite and smily. Not to forget to mention equaly lovely blond young lady who I can chat about our cats ???People matter... but coffee first. ?? ????

Thought we'd drop in for a coffee after a walk. Not particularly busy but the two lads there seemed to be struggling judging by the cluttered tables and the long wait.I gave one of the lads my order, he mentioned they only had paper cups which is a poor environmental decision, but whatever. Then, the other one bizarrely put my receipt in the bin after checking it. He then went on to prepare drinks for the chap after me who had only just come in, so he had clearly got confused. I pointed it out, so he then made my order after he had finished the one he was doing. Ah well, mistakes happen, but irritating.Sat down to drink our 'coffees' and noticed they were really watery. Got up and pointed this out to them and was informed they had run out of milk and only had skimmed and there was nothing they could do about it.Actually what they should have done is tell us they only had skimmed milk and we would have gone elsewhere!So, we sat and had our watery drinks, surrounded by other peoples rubbish, having paid nearly £8 for the privilege.Costa Wells, you are a coffee shop, so if you don't have the staff and stock to serve coffee to the public properly, dont bother to open and certainly don't charge full price for a paper cup of water.

Lovely branch of this well known chain. This was the first time using this branch as we were on holiday. They weren't busy at the time so we were served quickly. The food was great and the staff friendly. The toilets were also clean.Parking: There is no nearby parking so you will have to use a public one.
