They have a good vegan choice of cakes(especially the pecan pie!).
Vegetarian options: I just wish the labelling was a bit larger(or a clear symbol perhaps?).It would speed up ordering etc at busy times.Plus my partner is coeliac so needs to know what is gluten free.

Advertised all over the shop is free coffee when you download the app and insert the 'promo code'. This promo code did not work and the barista serving us had no idea it was even a thing. Unfortunately no resolution was offered. Very dissapointing to get us in promising a good deal then to leave us hanging. Coffee was nice though.

A typically very good branch of this company. Spacious with lots of tables. Very good drinks and food. Fair prices. Good service. What's not to like.

This placed is awesome. Staff are friendly and accommodating but it's always rammed and there aren't enough of them please put on more staff at visy times, these guys are stretched! The El Salvador single origin is well worth the extra 30p!

Coffee#1 is about as dependable as you can get for consistently good coffee on the High Street. They train the staff well and nobody cuts corners.
However, their branch in Wells in Somerset has also become a Temple of the Dog. It advertises as dog-friendly so dogs and their owners resort here en-masse. If you are not dog commited but merely dog-curious, this place will make your mind up. Mutual bottom sniffing and much barking are just two of the endearing habits on display.
