Spent along time waiting in a long Q after a women pushed in front of us all. Watched an assistant scanning stuff on the floor for 10 mins before she opened another till and attended to the long Q. Asked why my item wasn't on offer as advertised and was advised it's because I didn't have my boots card on me- wouldn't look me up and when I asked for a new card she said they didn't have any in the shop. All while I have two children around my feet. To top it off my items were half price in Superdrug down the road!

Why is the breakfasts always cold? The plates are cold and the food appeared very quickly but barely warm. I get the impression that the food has been pre-cooked and kept slightly warm
