All of the staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and professional. The telephone was answered immediately and calls were promptly returned. Our Conveyancing process was difficult, but Ollie in particular, helped and reassured us throughout the whole procedure. We really feel that without his help , we would not have moved and be enjoying living in Wells.\\nThe whole team excelled in our expectations of an Estate Agent. I can?t thank them enough for their team effort and would highly recommend them.

Can I give 6 or 7 stars?Ollie, Beth and Maisy redefine what excellence is.The very tough task of a probate sale was made easy and uncomplicated by the team at the Wells Branch of Allen & Harris. Always willing to go above and beyond, professional, prompt with updates, proactive, welcoming and friendly.I could list hundreds of superlatives and they still wouldn't adequately express my gratitude for the exceptional service and the relief that I was in such competent hands.I may need to go away and reassess my other 5 star reviews now. This is what 5 stars really looks like.I personally recommend using the service here without hesitation. Well done.

Samantha from the Wells office carried out my evaluation and she was professional, helpful and thorough in her explanation of the various choices I had with regards to marketing my property. She was able to explain how she had arrived at the market value she recommended and had clearly done her research before our appointment. She was on time and very respectful as she walked around the house. The appointment did not feel rushed and I felt very valued as a potential customer. Thank you!

I dealt this Ollie in this branch. He was pro-active and professional. I liked that he was genuine and not pushy as some estate agents can be. At the same time he was very proactive, listening to what we wanted.We pretty much spoke to all the estate agents in the area and I thought Ollie was the best. Would thoroughly recommend.
