I documented these by email to Okee Ltd - and got an almost immediate but helpful response. I booked the car in for a 1.5 hour check over in few days time. Brought my car in, spot on with timing and clarity of verbal and written feedback was excellent. This allowed me to approach the garage I bought from with clear, independent evidence of my issues and they agreed to resolve at their cost. I will definitely use Okee Ltd again - haven't had a car for a while so it was pleasing to see a local, independent garage with pleasant helpful service and experienced technicians.
