“Recently came in this store and just wanted to say that they have brilliant staff. I was surprised at how some people speak to charity shop workers and that they handled it amazingly. A customer wanted to donate some items but I could see they were broken and they politely refused as they would be unable to sell them. Just because they couldn’t accept a donation doesn’t mean people can treat the staff rudely and the charity like a rubbish dump. Sue Ryder should be proud to have a great Manager and Assistant Manager in their store. They were very friendly and helpful to me. I don’t think they get enough praise for what they do.”
