Thank you for the experience. Our last visit to subway ever. Basically the lady behind the counter tells you what you will eat, it is not your choice anymore.
From 5 customers 3 walked away without having anything. I regret that I stayed and ordered.

Popped into Subway on Saturday evening. I waited and waited and then something started beeping by the till, a flustered assistant appeared and said she'd be back, so I waited some more.

Me and my mum were served by Chloe tonight and after a really long day at work we were both struggling to form words and she was amazing; so friendly and helpful, told us not to worry, or rush whilst we were ordering. Incredible customer service :)
