Extremely annoyed. Came home to find package had been forced through cat flap, breaking it. Will now have to purchase new cat flap. Package could have been left with neighbour orcard left to be collected.Should have saidWellington. Somerset.

They left a card in my door stating "delivery attempted" it was not attempted as I have been home. Now its at the post office which, guess what, is closed already! Bad customer service. Dissapointed

Terrible service sent birthday cards first class in plenty off time and didn?t even get there on time. It took just over a week to get here. The postal strike is ridiculous just grow up the lot off you and do your job. There?s lots off us who are under paid but just have to get on with it. Some off us don?t have the option to go on strike when they not happy with something for example health care settings.

Only the Royal mail put postcards through door when we are in saying sorry you were out.The service is sloppy and they even take days off from delivering.Looking to use couriers when I post parcels in future.Whilst locked down I have had to go out to pick up parcels this is not just lazy of them but a health risk to me.Avoid using them wherever you can.

Terrible service. Apparently they have tried to deliver a package twice to my house in Wellington. No card left and no package. We have a ring doorbell camera and surprise surprise it didn't capture any postman. Only found out when I checked the tracking number. Ordered it for delivery on Friday as I need it for clients on Monday now going to have to reschedule all my plans
