I dealt with Joe on the phone and found him to be entirely honest and trustworthy. Plus he couldn't have been more helpful. In photos, the watch I bought appeared to have a slight blemish but when it arrived you couldn't see anything. He didn't need to highlite it but he did. Very honest chap and very easy to deal with.

Victoria sold me a beautiful preloved ring. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but she gave me great advice and didn't rush me into my purchase. I was only visiting Wellington for a few hours and I'm really pleased that I visited such a friendly and helpful jewellers.

Would not recommend was sold ring in the heatwave was only a cheap 140 pound one though I would treat my self after all health issues this year anyway a day later the just fell off and was very lose when I got 5 mins from looking after my disabled child I popped in for a refund to my shock no refunds after talking to the manager who was very rude we was offered a credit note by one of the staff but today we went in to find the manager there giving my partner abuse again and saying she's not even going to give a credit note or resize the ring we did do are best to resolve the issue will now be in process of taking them to court for damages and the stress we have had to go through

The worse customer service from the supervisor very passive aggressive and me very anxious and uncomfortable when I took my product back for a refund to which I was unaware at the time of purchase that its credit note or exchange only ( says on recipet after purchase) but I did not want to be a customer of this company after the very rude interaction with the supervisor
