I don't often leave reviews, but I have to share my experience after buying a car from German Service Centre. Their service has been exceptional throughout the entire process. I would especially like to thank Kyle and Jim, who went above and beyond. From the pre-sales videos, seamless collection process, and their prompt handling of any post-sales issues, they truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and wish all garages operated with such professionalism and care.

MK7 Golf went in for Cambelt, Water pump and Auxiliary belt change, was due to be 1 day but the bonnet cable snapped whilst it was there so it had to stay in an extra day, which was subsidised due to it happening in their care. Pricing was great for the 3 parts compared to VW, Halfords, etc.

Purchased a vehicle from the GSC which is an associated branch of Nissan Wellington Motors. Couldn't be happier with the Service that was provided by Kyle, and also Brett. honest and thorough throughout the process. Loving the car so far, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone! A+++

Let down badly by the female call-handler who said they did not reset German car 'service due' messages as they are a Nissan dealer. She told me that I had to 'go to Mercedes'! I was incredulous as the number given is also for the German Service Centre. I pointed this out but she still insisted I had to go away although I told her I bought the car there. This is a basic lack of knowledge. I asked to speak to the service manager who apologised for the fact that when selling they forgot to reset the car service memory. He, booked me in and sorted it out.
