Stopped for a drink iced coffee was great ,sat inside with my dog but had to move as there was loads of broken glass on the floor.
Could do with a good clean the sofa I got up from behind the sofa was covered in loads of food plus cobwebs hanging from light fittings. But after saying that staff where friendly

I have lost count how many times I have come in this delightful cafe and always received the sweetest service from every member of the team here. The coffee is fantastic ?? the pastries are morish ? and I am always welcomed with a kind smile and a friendly natter ? I could go on and on about how lovely and organised this little place is ? just know that if your looking for brunch or breakfast or lunch 110% would insist coffee #1 wellington ? I hope the staff are reward for their hard work and recognised for the extra care they clearly put in every day ?

On Sunday the 3rd of November we visited coffee #1 .We witnessed a member of staff having her break ,during this time she made a fuss of and was stroking a dog .After her break she went back behind the counter and proceeded to prepare customers food and drinks without washing her hands . We don't think this is at all execeptable.

Lovely stop for a quick toasted sandwich, coffee & piece of cake as I?d missed lunch. Lovely inside, it was clean (no dirty crockery left on tables), nice buzz, and friendly staff. Loved the back part of the seating area which has lamps & books - I could easily sit & spend a while another time.
Nice to see dogs allowed too.
All in all a good find ??

Got here around 2pm. Not at all busy, actually only 6 people in the place. 4 people behind counter. 3 in uniform 1 not. Lady with the tattoos served me and she was pleasant and quick hence the 3 stars. The other girls were just chatting between themselves. Went to take a seat and shocked to see dirty tables with cups etc on them. They weren't cleared for another 20 minutes even though it was quiet. Whatever has happened to the standards here in this once friendly, clean coffee shop?!!. Won't be returning anytime soon
