“Fantastic shop, very helpful, friendly staff. However, the address give is wrong. It is not in Market Street it is in Market Approach, Market Street is an entirely different street.”

“Recently came in this store and just wanted to say that they have brilliant staff. I was surprised at how some people speak to charity shop workers and that they handled it amazingly. A customer wanted to donate some items but I could see they were broken and they politely refused as they would be unable to sell them. Just because they couldn’t accept a donation doesn’t mean people can treat the staff rudely and the charity like a rubbish dump. Sue Ryder should be proud to have a great Manager and Assistant Manager in their store. They were very friendly and helpful to me. I don’t think they get enough praise for what they do.”
