We are new to this area and spotted C C Carpets (UK) Ltd when driving through Wellington. We contacted them and Martin (Owner) and Cameron (his grandson) came round and measured up for blinds throughout our new home. We spent time in the showroom with Jackie in sales finalising brand, colour and finish. Today Martin and Cameron returned and spent the best part of the day fitting all the blinds. We are so pleased with the outcome. All blinds fit perfectly and as the first stage of our window coverage, we are absolutely delighted with the look. Martin and Cameron are true professionals and experts in their field. It?s reassuring to know they use their experience to advise and support the clients ideas and suggest ways to achieve the best possible outcome. This is a family run business and it was an absolute pleasure to watch them working as a team. They went over and beyond to ensure the work was completed by the end of the day. We look forward to them returning to fit the curtains and poles, which we are currently in the process of finalising. If you want quality look no further.

Fantastic service from start to finish from this professional, family run company. Not being in the area, I had to rely on the fitters to sort everything in my absence for laying new carpet and vinyl throughout. I?m really pleased with my lovely carpets and appreciate Carole and Jacqui?s help in choosing poles and Martin and Cameron for fitting them along with my beautiful blinds. Thank you so much.

We recently ordered curtains and blinds for our new house, and I must say it was an absolute pleasure working with a local family business. nothing was too much trouble, i?d like to say that the help that Jackie gave us in, choosing our curtains and blinds through to Carol, making such a fabulous job making everything for us and with Martin fitting everything to perfection.We are very lucky to have such a great family business here in Wellington we would certainly recommend them to anyone.

This company rates as 5 star for both customer service and workmanship, both for flooring and blinds, both of which I have had done at my property. A special thanks goes to Guy who when removing both my old kitchen and bathroom flooring found issues. He was upfront and professional in breaking bad news on what was needed. Ther good news was he did not then tell me I needed to find another trades person to get the sub floor prepared for them to come back and fit, he said they could do it all! On agreement of the additional work and cost required Guy set about removing all the laminate and old tiles that were rotten and wet to the concrete base below following a historical leak that had not been dealt with correctly. I was not expecting them to agree to removing all this and reinstating a new damproof course, insulation and new chipboard creating a new floating floor to allow the new flooring to be laid. Although this was more work, I felt far better that this company do not take a bodge it and scarper attitude and want to only do the best job possible. It only took one additional day and the business sent additional team members working after hours to get the job done. To this end I would highly recommend this company and a big thanks goes to all the team who made the final job throughout look so perfect.

I have recently had a new floor laid by this company, a composite classic oak. From start to finish, the professional service and excellent workmanship that I have received was first class. Starting with showroom visit, it has been a positive experience with C&C.Kitchen/downstairs toilet/hall flooring done over 2 days. March 2023I found it all quite stressful but the gentlemen who carried out the work were friendly and professional, even moving furniture back in. Thanks Zac who did the measuring up, Guy, Ben, Karl and Lewis(Louis?) who did the hard work.The flooring (Karndean Knight Tile in Smoked Concrete) looks fabulous.Blinds fitted on my patio doors, March 2023Measured up by Martin and installed by Martin and James, the Dynamic Duo...Again, friendly & professional. We had an old broken Roman Blind which we left at the shop for repair. Not only did they fit a new mechanism but they washed the blind too. The refurbishment was first class. In addition, when I had difficulty putting the blind back up and phoned for assistance, a member of staff came out to my home immediately even though it was a Saturday afternoon. Truly customer service of the very highest level.
