Been a loyal customer for 5 years up until now but no more. I've wasted enough money on your faulty tyre pressure machine in the last couple months because you don't tell your customers it's actually broken. Then to not offer a refund of £1 because yet again your machine is faulty, is purely petty and daylight robbery. Goodbye.

I am a regular customer and I find the staff here friendly and helpful. BP fuel and competitive prices to others in Wellington. The shop here isn?t bad for a small filling station. Parcel collection service is also good. The carwash here is terrible. Tried it a few times but go elsewhere now as it just doesn?t clean. If it wasn?t for the car wash being so bad I?d give this 5 stars

Wasn?t allowed to buy fuel due my me not being able to show my driving license and prove my age, even though I very obviously drove my car to fill up. Won?t be coming back.

PETROL PUMP UNDER DELIVERING FUEL.My reserve fuel light came on, so I called into this BP garage and filled my tank, I used pump number 4 (95octane).The pump displayed the total litres delivered was 47.48, but the tank capacity on my 2012 Chevrolet Aveo is 46 litres!!! (as confirmed in my handbook)I approximate that I already had 4 litres remaining when my low fuel light came on, therefore, I expected a total of 42 litres needed to fill my tankInstead, the pump reading of 47.48Itrs means that I have been overcharged by 5.48 litres, @1.85.9, resulting in a £10.19 overcharge.I called citizens advice who have referred the matter to trading standards and they also advised me to revisit the garage and discuss the matter, they also added that if it can't be resolved then I am entitled to contact my bank for a chargeback (obviously, I would pay for the correct amount of fuel)I revisited the garage and explained the situation, but they were unhelpful, and uninterested, and told me to go ahead and initiate a chargeback!!!

Would give minus 10 but can not.1. BP points cards not allowed to be used to purchase goods in shop only fuel. AS STATED ON BP website can be use for shop purchases. Only station in UK not allowed.2. Jet wash never has foam in to use with brush, same as other station in Wellington. Same company. Just cleaning with damp brush and cold water.3. When the My BP win premier league football tickets promotion was on, you would pay for your fuel and then the promotion slip would be printed out. The attendant would never give you them and hide yhem away and steal them from you after it was printed out. After the eighth time of this happening and them stealing the slip away I asked for it to a much bemused and annoyed attendant. If they had asked and not theived it like a dishonest theif then i would happily of let them have it.Complaint haeen made to BP directly as a previously worked alongside BP.

Very bad station. Owner is rude and unhelpful. Paid for a car wash and it did not work. Damaged car and did not clean. Told the owner who refused to help. Then told next customer it was working. Reporting to trading standards as told me they have no insurance when I asked for their details. Will also contact bp head office. Avoid at all costs and use one of the other petrol stations in wellington. Very bad service
