This is the most inefficient, poorly run chemist I have come across,
They blame everyone including GP?s for their lackluster inefficiency.
Management need to change and the team need positive direction, accountability and motivation.
Everyone suffers due to the inadequate management of this store.

No matter what time of day you go in you will always be queueing for ages as the service is so slow.
I put through an emergency prescription order a week ago, had the pharmacist call the following day who confirmed it would be ready the next day which it wasn't. I was then away for 4 days and went back in on Monday morning and was told they were missing one of the medications as it had only just been delivered that morning and I would have to come back again to pick it up... Wasted my lunch break going there and no doubt will be queueing for 30mins + in the evening to finally get my prescription after a week.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy in the country. The staff (in the pharmacy on Sat 28 Sep) are lazy and self serving. Our urgent prescription was due on Fri but they were (apparently) too busy but we were told it would be first thing Sat. Came in twice and still not done because they were all going on their breaks.

Called in today for an urgent prescription (urgent as annotated by the GP)
Was served by Michael who couldn?t be more helpful and explained it would be a 30 minute wait at worst. After waiting that time I asked for an update. I was told my prescription was next in line to be checked by the pharmacist. Happy days. Meanwhile a customer called in to ask for an ad hoc blood pressure test. Didn?t think it would affect me but turns out the pharmacist dropped everything to do the test. After an hour of being in the shop and asking about it for a second time I finally got the prescription. The assistant handing it over declared that the pharmacist had been busy doing a consultation !! I know what she was doing, I saw it all!! Why does an ad hoc request for a blood pressure test take precedence over people waiting for prescriptions, especially when they have been given a wait time!!!
Poor organisation and poor customer service. Never going in there again.

Absolutely useless! Understand they're busy as Medical Centre has closed but do not give out false information! Promised meds on Saturday...had to go instore on Tuesday and demand even though Promised to be ready by Monday. Boot's txt alert is a joke!!

Too much queuing, too much waiting, grumpy staff. I've gone to a delivery service for my meds because at least I won't be treated poorly by staff. I know they are busy but rudeness I don't need. Goodbye Boots.

Went to boots today, was told they are not reordering prescription now so have to order online or go to the doctors, everything has change since boots closed at the doctors. Not good.

Never answer their phone. Disgusting. I suppose the normal excuse. Too busy. Why have a phone and not answer it. I've seen it 1st hand. It just rings and it just gets ignored.
