“I visited the Welling store today. It was clean and fully stocked. I feel I need to give praise to the gentleman who was watering ther plants 14.00 to 14.30. He was aggressively approached by a customer, swearing and telling the poor man he was going to get him if he see him in the street. The Asda gentleman spoke calmly and was defending himself in a very quiet way. It was very frightening to see. I give a big WELL DONE to the Asda chap.”

“Nationwide have given me more then my own bank (Barclays) you are not a number with Nationwide you are a person and shown respect and treated with dignity by all the staff in wellington and head office. I came across a problem and Nationwide Wellington bent over backwards to help me out and got it all done with in 12 hrs of me walking in to see them. They did not try to fob me off no they got right on it so Thank you . No one really can say anything bad about the staff in wellington i hope your head office see this Thank you for treating everyone that walks in to Nationwide as a human being not just another number”

“I am a regular customer and I find the staff here friendly and helpful. BP fuel and competitive prices to others in Wellington.The shop here isn’t bad for a small filling station. Parcel collection service is also good.The carwash here is terrible. Tried it a few times but go elsewhere now as it just doesn’t clean. If it wasn’t for the car wash being so bad I’d give this 5 stars”
