Epic food is easy to return. Brilliant Cornish pastys and meat pies and sausage rolls. If you are feeling healthy, lots of nice salads are offered in different sizes. Nice packed drinks menu. Big selection of local chutneys and jams. Lovely clean and tidy inside with welcoming, friendly staff.

The sausage patty and egg muffin is something else, coffee is excellent. Highly recommend if you want real quality food.

Had the Cheese and chutney sandwich. Came onion, lettuce, tomato and cucumber as well.
Bread was lovely and fresh, cheese very tasty. One of the best takeaway sandwiches I have had.

Sam is the man! Sandwiches are super lush and I?m envious of the people that get to live nearby, 10/10 best spot in town. GF and Vegetarian options are also incredible? we will be back for breakfast tomorrow for sure!

We called in for some take away food. Had the homity pie (cold but delicious) and sausage roll (hot but delicious I was told) plus a really nice mixed salad (you can choose from mix and match selection). Enjoyed them on the harbour wall on a lovely sunny day.

Came for the delicious looking ?salads? and they did not disappoint! Lush fresh flavours and and tasty combinations. BUT the mushroom pie was OUT OF THIS WORLD! We also had sausage and egg muffins, hot and tasty with a good hit of pepper in the sausage patty, very welcome on a cold April morning. All in all a little gem of a deli, I wish we lived closer but will definitely be back!
