Love this local pub we visit it regularly food is so good and staff are very friendly land lady is the best

Wednesday 30th 1pm We (4 adults, 1 baby) arrived for lunch on a spur of the moment meal out. The atmosphere was lovely upon entering and we were greeted by a lovely host (the dog who showed us inside). Being only 37 of them, it is not the most common name for a pub. The sign of the Seven Stars in the star cluster of the Pleiades was considered a bunch of grapes in a Dionysian/Bacchic world view, therefore a suitable tavern sign.
