“My Dad lives in Timsbury, he recently had a fall outside the shop. This led to him being a bit hesitant to go shopping he is ok to get round but carrying the shopping can be an issue.He phoned the coop and asked if it would be possible for a member of staff to help him, of course was the answer ?.Next time he went in they had obviously bern told to look out for him which is just lovely.One lady helped him in the shop and then her and another lady carried his shopping out to his car. The manger joined them and all three walked up with him chatting and laughing.It is absolutely what the Coop is best at being part of the community and helping.All together brilliant service 5 ?”
