Had a bad and stressful experience with the agents.After having a house deal fixed, we proceeded with the mortgage and paper works with solicitors successfully and at the last moment they backed out. Waste of our time, energy and money.Really frustrating!

I have used the lettings staff here for over 20 years and they have never been anything other than professional, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. All my rental clients have been properly checked and everything has been done in a very timely manner.

I really wouldn't bother wasting your time with them, im sure they will quote chapter and verse regulations that suit them, and im positive you will get endless reasons why something cannot be done,, good luck dealing with these people your,l surely need it.????, it Will leave you extremely frustrated and upset,, i wish i had never had the misfortune of dealing with them.i can see why they have very negative reviews now,, i should have researched them before getting involved with them, it won't happen again.,ok,, so i see its the standard you havnt left your name,, ect we can't check our records,, its s public forum so thats why i didn't leave my name, as obviously i wish to be not asocialiated with the firm because of the poor service, hence the review., i did have a brief reply from a person in the company who would look into things but as the company didn't get back to me i can safely assume that was a load of rubbish to.

I had a very negative experience at this agent. The communication was unprofessional and Steve was particularly difficult to deal with throughout the buying process and afterwards. It was a disappointment.

I purchased a property through Wilkie May & Tuckwood and received excellent service.When I decided to rent it out, I contacted the Lettings office and received equally good service. I have since used Lettings again for another property rental.
