Atrocious customer service, booked a home delivery for a set day due to work commitments. I waited in all day only to get a failed delivery notice. Rang customer service who said the next day I will get it, no formal confirmation so rang store to be told no delivery till the following day. Do they not realise when you book a set day it's because you have another life like work etc. Won't use these again and to top off no refund for days!

They have friendly staff with a good range of tools. They always have the material I am looking for (primarily timber). The prices can vary, although most of the time, the prices are good.

A moderate sized DIY store with a good range of products for most projects. The staff are friendly and happy to help find things you need. I needed to match a tile in order to have a new shower fitted. I was able to buy single tiles to check at home. I was then able to take these test tiles back for a full refund.

Everything you need in this place, I'd ordered on line so went to collect my item, it wasn't what I needed eventually so ended up returning it very efficient and easy to do and staff was helpful too.
