We?ve lived in area for 14 years and seen a number of different owners of Trull stores in this time. Sanjay and his wife have worked extremelyhard over COVID (and beyond), to provide for the locals and their needs. When Trull post office closed, it was a bonus that they have took up PO services also. We?ve always found all the staff very friendly and helpful.

Customer service is really hard to maintain when the cashier is sat on the phone while serving customer after the customer! It?s just bloody rude!

Staff are really friendly, and will help you out with what you need, offering a great alternative if they don't have exactly what you're looking for. Having the post office within the store is really helpful, as the nearest post office from the store is a good 3 miles away. They also offer amazing prices on all the basic groceries that you may need, and had a wide enough range that almost everyone is satisfied with the produce in the store.

Good grocery variety for a village shop. Staff are friendly and having a post office within the shop is really useful.

This little store in the village of Trull is a real old style shop. Crammed to the rafters with food and brick a brack. The friendly staff are always ready for a chat and their cakes are delicious!
