Where can I start, this independent company is run by Brian Derbyshire , with his 30 years of experience , he was able to advise me on every aspect of selling my house , after using Two other estate agents in Bristol , Brian was able to sell my house in One day ! Brian could not have been more helpful when selling my elderly parents bungalow. He included me in all communications as well as my parents and he was so respectful to my parents, who both have dementia. He accompanied all viewings and made sure my parents were comfortable and happy with everything going on. He sold the bungalow within a week of putting it on the market and then proceeded to keep in contact with us to make sure everything went smoothly. Could not have picked a better estate agent.
