As first timers in the letting market, Townsend made our experience enjoyable, memorable, and stress free. The whole team move as fast as you would like them to, giving us a viewing two hours after we enquired, and providing a personal, detailed service at all times. Jane helped to no end, with no question or query going unanswered, and no stone unturned. Jane really understood what we wanted from a property, and ensured we got over the line. Both Jane and Nick have been absolutely fantastic in helping with my property search. I have been a tenant in two of the property's managed by Townsend; having found them to be very prompt with sorting out problems or issues and fair with end of contract charges.
