Extremely helpful, gave me all the options available and recommendations. 1st visit I was served by Edith who was very informative about the products etc and then when I returned to purchase the floor tiles for my bathroom I was served by Steve who run through all my options and everything I needed. Would definitely recommend.

We were served by Edith, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, polite and patient. We were surprised to learn that she had not been at the store long and was only 18. A true credit to the company and obviously enjoys her job, which reflects the good management and teaching of the store.

Over the last few weeks Steve, the acting manager, and Matt, one of the team, could not have been more helpful in providing a range of tiles and associated products to completely renew our en-suite bathroom. All members of the team at Topps Tiles in Taunton we have been dealing with have given us most knowledgable and practical advice which we have found invaluable. They also went the extra mile in loading all our bulky and heavy purchases into the boot of our car. We used Topps Tiles in Taunton 5 years ago for the tiles in our main bathroom and received excellent service then, and the tiles themselves still look as new today. It is very reassuring to see that the impressively high standard of service delivery is continuing in the Taunton store under Steve and his team.
