Excellent service from Will.
I had bits missing from a set of shelves and Will had it sorted quickly. I would definitely recommend Toolstation and will certainly shop here again

It's a week late but I went into Toolstation last Monday in Taunton where I'd bought a new metal sink plug and I just want to say what a lovely young man Luke is ,he was so helpful, polite and kind. I explained what the was a problem with the plug I'd bought there ( it was Luke who sold it to me and I thought then what a lovely young man he was ) I explained the problem which he sorted in minutes he's a credit to the company and deserves to be congratuled on his service. ?

Popped in toolstation Taunton to pick up my order greeted by indy who was very polite and helpful then needed some other bits whilst I was there and Sophie helped me get what I needed.Overall very good experience nothing was missing from order and had the extra bits i needed in stock, both were very polite and helpful

Received appalling service today from a female employee (blond hair, tied back) Didn't communicate or assist me in any way. Think she was more interested in standing outside smoking. I complained to the male employee, who was really helpful and served me in a professional manner (tall, slim with glasses).I will not be using Toolstation ever again.
