Travelled from Bridgwater to Taunton store, bought a shirt, which was folded and given to me by the cashier and I popped it into my wife's bag. Once home, unfolded the said shirt and found the second security tag in place. Now back to the store tomorrow, unnecessary travel time and parking cost and a lot of inconvenience. Not pleased at all

I've visited quite a few stores from same brand and unfortunately this one looks like a scrapyard all the time. There isn't any point on detailing what's wrong with it as it will take me a while ...
I love going to TK Maxx in Exeter or Yeovil but I avoid this one as much as possible.

I shop here regularly. But after one purchase by my girlfriend I will never visit this store again if I can help it. The manager here is the most disrespectful person I've ever met, my girlfriend bought me shoes here that don't fit correctly, I wore them for about 30 mins outside they got a bit of mud on the bottom which I cleaned and now look brand(no tread wear or anything)new, I have the tags etc and tried to return them (I'm within the 28days) and they refused the refund/credit. If it is not resolved I will be taking it further up and will be contacting Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. They are brand new shoes and I know my rights, the do not fit so are useless to me. Avoid this place if you see this happening to you as it is a headache.

Today my girlfriend and I were refused to buy matches at the Taunton Store due to me not having my ID.... even though my girlfriend did have it on her and she was the one buying and paying for them, the lady at the till refused to sell them to her on the grounds of me having put them in the counter ("presented to her" as she said).. I am 39 years old, mind....This lady was just rude to us for no reason

This is quite a big TK Maxx, with a good selection of gents clothes. I managed to get 2 shirts @ £19.99 each. Good quality clothes at a reasonable price.
