I came in today with my partner and his mum to sort out a whole bunch of confusion with different accounts and random sim cards, it was a lot of work but we had Hannah and she made the experience fun. She was helpful and friendly and understanding, she made everything so clear and helped us out with everything. It was a bit of a long confusing process but it was nice and easy to get through with her help. If you have any problems with your phone I would highly recommend Hannah to help out. I can't talk enough about how honestly amazing she was. Don't go anywhere else, come here for help!

Very good and helpful assistance from Hannah, a Trainee, who on two occasions sought help from Darren (the Manager) to conform answers to my questions. I was very impressed with her reaction, and her common sense, in seeking advice. I was with her for nearly half an hour, and and was very pleased with her knowledge and clarity. Darren, too, proved most pleasant and helpful on the two occasions mentioned.

I went to the store this morning to buy an iPhone on a monthly plan. The same attendant didn't even try to explain how his product, which is advertised on several sites on the internet, worked. I am a citizen with all the necessary documents, and I have never been stopped from buying anything in the United Kingdom. I would like to share my terrible experience with the store's attendants. The reason given is that I don't understand English very well!

Not very impressed. It seems that every other problem that the few staff have to face takes priority over what they are there for; customers. I hope to receive a welcome and even be spoken to on my next, which will be my third, visit.

Attended the Three store in Taunton following numerous e-mails from them informing me I was due an upgrade,I did not expect to be asked for photo I.D given that I already had my contract with them.I would be unable to obtain a new mobile from them until I had photo I.DSorry - But this is bordering on farcical.I attended Tesco mobile in Taunton and obtained exactly the same phone I would have chosen at three only much cheaper and without having to provide photo I.D
