Absolutely disgusted! Found two long light coloured hairs inside my bacon and sausage bap. I had to pull them out of my mouth. It made me gag and feel sick. Managed to get part payment back from Just eat and contacted cafe directly but have had no response so I'm leaving this review!

Positive note the lady behind the counter was really nice and friendly negatives Absolutely appalling food stale bread reheated sausage that tasted like perfume and over cooked bacon and not just well done I mean burnt to a crisp

Came here for a breakfast on the way to our holiday in Devon. All the tables were sticky and we asked for ours to be wiped the man came over and waved the cloth over the table missing half of the mess. We offered to wipe it ourselves as he walked away but he said he said there was no need. The cutlery was also dirty. There were several delivery people waiting to take deliveries and the women kept coming out and shouting at them as they were stood in the wrong spot. When the coffees came, they tasted sweet when asking for no sugar, we asked the man why it was sweet and he replied 'well it shouldnt be' instead of sorting the coffee out. Having paid £3 for this coffee it tasted of one of the sachet ones. Eventually, we went to the women working there and she made a new coffee which was better. When the food arrives this was quite good.

Sorry ... used to be lovely....ordered a Bronx burger, would of been better off getting a rustlers.from tescos..... Proper gone down hill... Such a shame

This cafe is advertised across the industrial estate as being open until 3pm. I arrived at 2.50pm to be told I couldn't order a hot drink or food as she had turned everything off. No chilled drinks either as the fridges were also switched off. Disappointing. She insisted it was 3.05pm. Me showing her the time on my phone didn't sway her. Such is the way of modern customer service. Customers are an inconvenience when you want to clock off early. Here's an idea. If your shutting down before your advertised opening hours then change the flippin' advertisements

They stopped offering Gluten Free bread as it ?didn?t sell? meaning neither myself or my daughter as coeliacs can eat here any longer. They also didn?t seem to care when I called them.

I received a bacon and egg roll this morning with bacon burnt to a crisp, the egg undercooked, a stale roll, and a ridiculous amount of sauce. Really embarrassing that someone at your establishment has such low standards. Especially when I was the only person waiting.

Popped in while i was having new tyres fitted at Protyre and had the big breakfast bap and wow it was huge! And even better it was absolutely delicious. Friendly service and an enjoyable experience, will be back again for sure.
