I have severe sight loss and restricted mobility, I visited the store on the 18th March 25 and asked the young lady if she could assist me...she was excellent and took me to the required aisles, picked up the products I required then took me to the checkout....great service from her and she deserves recognition, unfortunately I never got her name being the idiot I am!

Would have been 5 stars except one staff member is incredibly rude, Liz I believe her name is. Usually all the staff here are amazing and treat you really well and always have a chat but Liz is always rude, miserable and negative. Once threw change at my partner and also NEVER places change in my hand, instead she slams the change on the counter. If you ask Liz a question on where to find something in the store she is extremely impolite and doesn?t show you. If there a wait in the store she doesn?t apologise for the wait either. The customer service displayed by Liz is appalling. How she got the job is a mystery.

Usually a good experience for a quick shop for one or two items you have run short of. They mix offers around for Tesco Clubcard holders which can be significant for individual items. They have their own Costa coffee machine inside. The staff are friendly and helpful.
