Really poor service today 13/02/21 3pm young man dealing with a parcel collection.While the other lady behind the counterCompletely ignored the growing queue.To fill up the scratch card dispenser,A job that could be done in between serving customers ,no interest at all in helping the young man who was taken up dealing with a parcel.Very poor service from her , not the standard you would expect fromTesco

pricier, but a nice coffe machine. the staff is mostly very rude. they dont smile nor greet you and makes the shopping experince not enjoyable at all, i always dread going in there but sometimes thats my only option. out of all my times there i'ev only encountered 1 friendly staff member. I can't remember his name, butit was merchant nr 46387582
