Popped into the store to get some last things for the weekend. One of the meat fridges was broken,which seems to be happening quite a lot there lately. There was a sign put up with apologies and also said that if customers needed something that was in that fridge,to look for a staff member. Went to the quick checkouts as no staff member around to ask if they can call someone to help me with a product that I needed. The staff member raised his shoulders saying that he doesn't know and that he cannot leave his place. I've explained again that all I wanted is for him to call a staff that works in that section and to leave his assigned post. He raised his shoulders again...
Went back to try to find someone again in the store...,no staff around! Found someone eventually and asked the same nicely and I was told that he doesn't work there on the meat section but he will try to find someone. He went somewhere in the back and was there for a while. Came back out to tell me that fridge is broken. I've told him that I can read but showed him the sign that was put up by the store! He went again...by this time I was there for more than 30 minutes and gave up in the end.
No one knows where staff is, who works where,etc. !
So disorganised!

We are currently on holiday in the area and popped into this store to get our supplies. Our trolley was loaded up and we were expecting to have a stressful experience unloading and packing at the till. However Debs the supervisor and Grace who was on the till were so friendly and helpful!! They assisted us to unload our trolley, fetched a second trolley to carry our bags to the car. We were amazed as Debs even pushed one of the trolleys to the car and helped put our bags into the boot. Such wonderful service- thank you very much Debs and Grace!!

I popped into the store to get some lunch. The pasties caught my eye. There was no one at the counter so I rang the bell. The two people in the cafe yelled at me to read the sign? which I hadn?t noticed. The person was on a break. I apologised for not seeing the sign and received the worst attitude from the older lady and lad working there? they dissed as if I was an idiot. Totally uncalled for. It?s a great store but your staff are awful.

Always busy, lots of promotions and with TESCO Clubcard you can buy a lot of items cheaper and it makes a big difference when it comes to paying at the till. Many products are same price as ALDI & LIDL?s. Everything is easy to find and the choice is great. So far my favourite store. Highly recommend ????

Beware of time parking restrictions which are 90 mins, especially while using cafe and car wash. Be sure to contact customer services that should be able to add your registration number and not get a parking fine. Store managers are well aware of this and are very helpful resolving any issues.

There was a very helpful young lad - Tom somebody- who went off to get some onions for me. Many of the shelves were emptying after Christmas but the his going the extra mile was really appreciated.

Spent some time looking for frozen lamb shanks ,had to ask a member of staff to help me find them.I spoke to Peter who was working on the frozen section who checked info on the app which saved me a lot of time as they were out of stock.Thank you Peter keep up the good work.Also I have always found the staff in this store very helpful

Not sure if the woman at checkout 013 had no breakfast or was going through tough times but that's just me trying to justify her bad attitude towards me because as soon as I walked off with my purchases I heard her greet the next customer politely. I didn't get a hello or goodmorning although I said it to her. Brought up my clubcard on my phone wallet and she pointed to the hand held scanner on her left and said "over there", I tried to fit my phone under, turns out she had to do her job and pick up the scanner and scan my card. Then piled my items just in front of her and stopped scanning and was looking at me. I was actually trying to bring up my card wallet to pay and taking a bag from the rack simultaneously. I tried to scan the bag and she said in the rudest manner, I don't need that, I have it here. Well by then I realised she was sour for whatever reason. I said "sorry I can't read you mind". The only sentence she said in a quiet voice was. Would you like your receipt and I said yes thank you and left. It's not my first experience with rude members of staff at this store so I feel it's a pattern now. It needs to stop. DO BETTER AT TRAINING YOUR STAFF TESCO.!

Moving stuff around in the store is not good for older people. Also, I find that popular items so often get to be discontinued which can be quite frustrating. Otherwise I have no problems with the store.
