I recently popped into Superdrug Taunton to seek a remedy for some dry skin on my arm, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The pharmacy staff at this store are the paragon of professionalism and empathy.From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a smile and an eagerness to help that you don't find just anywhere. The pharmacy team was attentive, taking the time to understand my issue with the utmost patience. Their expertise was evident as they walked me through the options available, providing tailored advice that showed a deep understanding of their products.The recommendation they provided was spot-on. The cream I purchased, thanks to their informed guidance, has been working wonders. It?s such a relief to find a solution that really works, and that?s all down to the knowledgeable staff here.What stood out to me was the level of personal care the team provided. They weren't just there to sell a product; they were there to ensure that I found the best possible treatment to meet my needs. Superdrug if I could give them more star I would, there are very friendly and very helpful, the pharmacy staff are very helpful and some of them are not that good yet but getting there , but the only are very good, the staff who work in the store are amazing very helpful cannot do enough to help me as I am in a wheelchair all I have to do is ask someone for help or there will come and ask me if I need any help at all, there know me and we always have a good laugh there always have a smile on there face.

Do not shop here. They treat you like criminals.Went in today and purchased 3 items. As soon as I walked in I was being stared at by team members and felt like I was being followed around the shop. This was confirmed when I walked to the end of one of the isles. The person fake shelf stocking made no attempted to hide her confirming on her ear piece that she had eyes on us, with "Yeah, they're here now" then 3 people watched us walk to the till.When at the till the lady was way too forced in her cheery disposition, which very quickly slipped the second my apple pay didn't immediately work. Queue eye rolling and glaring.An extremely uncomfortable shopping experience for a genuine customer. Do not buy there.

Lovely shop which was well stocked and staff were helpful when I couldn't find things I wanted.However, my visit was marred slightly. I bought 6 items, equating £32.60. I presented the cashier with a £50 note who informed me she couldn't take it. When I enquired why she told me she was running out of notes and couldn't spare them to give me change. I had to transfer some money from one account to another to then cover the payment on card, holding up the queue. All very embarrassing and incredibly unnecessary in this day and age when people are encouraged to pay cash over card.I won't be going there again, I will stick with Boots from now on

A terrible experience. Received an email to say that an online order was ready for collection, drove an hour round trip, paid for parking, went into the store only to be told the item wasn?t in stock. I Was told I?d be called on the Monday informing me either way regarding availability but didn?t receive a call. Received a call on the Tuesday to say item now arrived. I waited until Saturday to collect, checked the store opening times to see the store closes at 6pm, I arrived at 5:40pm to find the in-store pharmacy was closed, again another wasted trip and parking paid all for nothing. What?s the bloody point of having store openings times if your in-store facilities are closed. I?ll shop elsewhere next time.
