Person on the till was very inexperienced it seemed bought two pairs of trousers and a bag totalling £57.50 handed over £60.50 so that I could get £3 change but ended up with £2.50 didn?t seem worth it arguing over 50p but then even worse was getting home and realising one pair of trousers have still got the security tag on them now have to ring Bridgwater to see if they will remove it if I take in the trousers and receipt as I travelled from Bridgwater to Taunton

Another example of why high street shopping has become another thing in life to get through, and is slowly bleeding to death.
Stressed disinterested staff, just trying to get through the day, with no apparent focus, other than how long they have before finishing.
What have we done to our Town centres in the quest for the cheapest price for everything.
Depressing.

Quite a nice shop with a lot of sport supplies and trainers at a decent price.

To be honest you don't expect or get good customer service in sports direct.
Today I visited to buy some new trainers.
The young man we dealt with re getting sizes and styles was excellent. He noticed I had a issue with bending a supplied us with a long handled shoe horn.
Polite, helpful and friendly.

Customer service was absolutely abysmal. Waited nearly 30 minutes with an autistic 2 year old for ANYONE to help, after asking 3 different members of staff. Won't be buying from here again for my son.
