Disgusting! Had to paddle through a puddle of urine to use the toilet. Dilapidated sanitary ware, leaking waste plumbing, urine soaked partition, cracked tiles and generally grubby. Also coffee machines hadn?t been cleaned for 21 hours and looked like it. Come on Shell you can do better than this.

Not so friendly staff.. staff doesnt care to come out of the pump and see while i was facing issue in filling from multiple points..
No apologise and the feedback was... just try another pump..!

Lady behind the counter is really friendly and professional. Fuel is exspensive for the area.

The fuel is very expensive on this Shell at this rest area. Better off filling it elsewhere. It?s about 30 minutes outside Exeter and an hour away from Bristol.

Warning!!! Brought pint of milk from there for our baby long drive home and poor sod not been right since only noticed this morning while washing bottle it?s rotten and clumpy definitely gone off!

Quality motorway services petrol station, brightly lit, clean and a huge forecourt easily capable of handling large capacity traffic with a good variety of fuel options available. Convenient 24 hours opening, as is the forecourt shop which sells snacks, drinks, magazines etc. The only downside is of course the expensive prices for the fuel, but that is always to be expected at any motorway services.
