Service - THE POOREST.
You deliberately didn't want to tell me the price of the product that I want to buy AT THE COUNTER.
I am about to make the payment and you told me to check the price and enter the price on your card machine - are you kidding???
I name the price of your product? are you going to sell me the whole store for a pound? I pay anything I want?
I am not sure why you were NOT WILLING TO CHECK AND TELL ME the price that I need to price AT THE COUNTER.

Now this is a proper store, huge and loads I stock. Fabulously helpful staff. Been here several times now and had positive experiences each time. Today?s vista once to the public and once to plumbfix. Great help from the duty manager was ever so patient helping colour match metal finishes for fussy client. Nothing too much trouble, helped me with the app and everything. Got a paper quote to help with a job too.

Researched an item online, then went in and ordered at the desk. Was served quickly. I was advised to retain the receipt for any returns as I didn't have an account. What more can you ask for. Would definitely use again
