Went to Santander in taunton today and all i have to say is EXCELLENT customer service! We was offered coffee upon arrival and Mo Eldegawy dealt with us today and he was INCREDIBLE! He was funny, kind and overall a very nice man! Couldn?t recommend him enough if you have an issues, he dealt with our issues quickly and sufficiently.

Tried to find a telephone number! Several out there but none for the branch I want! Online banking won't let me in. What a bloody useless bank!

This bank is a joke. They do not provide change for my type of account. It is a business account and I need coins to run my business! They have also said I cannot use human service in the bank but need to use machines provided instead! What is this? Can you even believe my review? I still cannot believe it myself but it is 100% true story. To be honest I see most of UK banks as most unfriendly in the world. People are usually very rude and unhelpful.

I have had a few issues with my account from people who want to steal my money. Santander have been brilliant helping me get this sorted. I have been with them for all my banking years. Hi to Banks , the only time we can get to a branch is a Saturday as at work in the week, dont do online, and need to pay in a cheque , also cant take time off work , would recommend opening on a Saturday to solve this and close one day in the week if need be ,suggest Monday

I?d just got back from the airport and after a long haul flight you can imagine my despair when I?d lost the card to one my accounts!I made haste to the Taunton branch and spoke to a charming young lady behind the counter who said she was about to go to lunch however after a small debate kindly stayed on to order myself a new cardI was able to make myself a cash withdrawal so I made my way to Ladbrokes and placed a bet on the 17:30 at aintree and grabbed a couple pints in the coal orchard (I was feeling jet lagged from drinking on the plane to help me reset from New York time)Upon my return I had a ticket on my car! I couldn?t believe that the sneaky traffic warden got me for parking outside Debenhams ! I was on the pavement a safe distance from the cycle lane!However this wasn?t the banks fault!5 stars for their service!As of already got a ticket I returned to the pub for a couple more drinks to calm myself down then drove back homeI?m sure you?ll be glad to know the ticket was overthrown as I?d appealed

Great when a member of management (dark hair) can not tell you facts. Useless is an understatement. Will be asking to speak to someone else in future. BTW got sorted on the phone with very helpful people, the same day. Would give zero but sadly not an option.
