Very straightforward collection process, very easy to find. Thanks!

Picking up a shop is quite easy, the staff member was friendly and quick, the car park can be a bit busy at times so be aware of that. You'll soon be able to drive out of the click and collect bay and straight into the drive thru queue at Starbucks.

I was lucky as there was no queue, but there were a few waiting behind me. Worked very well.

I was in Sainsburys billet street doing shopping when I over heard a member of staff slagging off another member of staff I asked who she was and was told she was the store manager,I find that completely unprofessional and when I saw her again (store manger) she was just hanging up decorations how is that doing your job? I was very disappointed it ruined my whole shopping experience and that doesn't count the time I picked up fresh meat that was frozen left on the shelf how disgusting! You have lost a valued customer I'm not returning.

Great choice of clothing and home wares. A good stopping off point if you are travelling to or from the West Country!

While petrol prices rise at an almost unbelievable rate, they remain a good few pence lower here than anything I've found anywhere else. My drive to work passes one particular petrol station whose prices appear to rise more than once a day! My last review was a 4* so a drop has occurred... the simple reason being popularity... many have noticed the cheaper prices so I've had to queue for rather longer than I'd like to fill up my car. Sainsbury's maybe need to consider employing some traffic management system as some inconsiderate drivers appear more than happy enough to queue jump... it won't be long before this provokes some type of road-rage... hopefully not mine, but I can't 100% rule it out!!

Located in the Hankridge Way retail park, this Sainsburys is one of the biggest I've ever been to. A sizeable car park and good access to the large petrol station was a good start. Having stopped at the local Travelodge, we visited the cafe for breakfast. A good cup of coffee and a wide selection of both of hot and cold breakfasts, whilst overlooking people shopping in the store below, helped wile away a relaxing half an hour. The store itself was extremely impressive in size, including all the usual delicatessen, fish counter, bakery etc. A great range of Tu clothing and good variety of electricals, you only get in big stores too. We also noticed that the store was spotlessly clean and the stock was constantly being checked and refilled. Pleasant and friendly staff too.
