Dropped off donations today into the centre. A roomy, welcoming reception area, with bathroom, and knowledgeable staff to hand.
Some charity books in the porch, bring cash, and some pet supplies inside.
A nice centre, in the middle of fields and back lanes. Make sure you load the sat nav before heading out for a first visit!

I really cannot understand that a wild animal has to be sick only during the hours that you are contactable on the phone. I realize that you are a charity but surely someone must be available outside of the phone times. I will try and tell our wild fox that he or she will have to suffer until tomorrow

We have just adopted a beautiful cat today from your centre.
The whole centre is absolutely spotless, and the staff are all so helpful too. The adoption process went so smoothly and we are looking forward to sharing our home with our lovely cat.

We recently adopted a beautiful little cat from the wonderful people at West Hatch Animal Centre. The service they provide is amazing. They take excellent care of all the many animals that they rescue and all of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. We have had excellent communication from them throughout the adoption process and continue to offer support after the animals have been re homed. Would definitely recommend visiting West Hatch to anyone thinking of adopting a pet.

Our thanks to the team at West Hatch: Emma, Niki, Leon, Shar and Erin when rehoming Ernie a 9 week old puppy. Welfare of the animal came first getting him out of kennels into a home at his imprinting stage ASAP. Time invested in finding us the history of the litter. We may have missed something in the excitement but the RSPCA Insurance is not available if you don't activate it within 3 days. No worries the microchip company gave initial cover as well.

I was looking at rescuing some rats and found the perfect pair. I communicated with Erin, who was so lovely and showed a very keen interest in the two.
They?ve settled in so well with my my mischief and have had no issues so far!

We recently adopted a cat, Armani, from RSPCA West Hatch and were really impressed with the centre. The staff had put so much effort into caring for Armani. The place was also very clean. The adoption process was very well organised. We received lots of advice about settling our cat into her new home, as well as lots of information about her medical history and needs. Oh, and our cat is adorable!
