I recently sold my flat through Dom at Robert Cooney . It was my first time selling a property and Dom made it as straight forward as possible despite a few hurdles being thrown in along the way, it was clearly communicated and dealt with quickly keeping it as stress free as possible.

Having never owned or sold a property, when my mother passed I contacted the team for help, knowing Robert?s sister from school, so knew he was a decent chap from a great family.
Robert and his team managed the whole process efficiently, respectfully, and kept me in the loop at every stage.
We were able to discuss pricing openly and honestly, given the state of the market. I was happy with the end sale price, knowing it was a good deal considering the market.
The conveyancing solicitor recommended by the team was an absolute star, too!
Happy to recommend the team, especially as I live two hours away: their help with organising everything was great: I didn?t need to meet with them physically at all.

I had 4 valuations on my property but chose Robert Cooney as my preferred estate agent . I can?t thank them enough , everyone in the office were both helpful and efficient whatever their role . Dominic Hodges was my main point of contact , nothing was too much trouble to him with whatever questions I had , I was updated continually about visits and finally the sale. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you are looking to sell your property.

My wife and I used Robert Cooney to sell our flat and I'd like to recommend them for several reasons, primarily concerned with very good communication and expert knowledge. We'd always get updated very week with emails and phone calls. And also always updated with viewer feedback on the same day.
In some ways selling a flat isn't quite as straight forwards as a house, as there are some added complexities. Sarah was able resolve a lot of these issues by being a bridge of communication between the different solicitors, the buyers and the management company. She was able to push to keep things moving when it looked like there was a danger they were going to stall. So we made it past the finish line and my wife, my little son and I are very happy indeed in our new home.
