Rude arrogant staff in women?s wear. I?ve tried a few times to shop here but can?t deal with how unfriendly they are so now travel to the Bristol store!

I am just writing to tell you that, I came into your store last week, having never shopped there before. I needed quite a few items and I am quite a short guy.. so wasn't sure I would be able to get my sizes in shirts, an overcoat, track suit and a load of clothes needed for a trip next week. Reason for this message is the standard of service I got for the 40 mins I was there. sadly, I have forgotten the shop assistants name, not a brag but I've shopped around the world, and this guy, was probably the most helpful, friendly and knowledgable, I have ever met! Nothing was to much trouble, he had great suggestions for outfits that I could match and so much more. Almost everything I bought had to be ordered, but he didn't make it a problem at all. It was a big purchase, and he earned your store quite a lot of sales in that 40 minutes.. all down to his help and suggestions. It's all too common these days to not get a good experience in a busy store, especially if items are not in stock, and require that extra effort from staff. He was very professional and has now made your store in Taunton, my shop of choice for my clothes.. I'll be back for Christmas shopping soon! Please pass on my thanks, tell him he is valued and made what could have been a real chore into a really excellent experience! - MFH
