Rooms are clean, restricted window opening if needed, tea and coffee facilities. Near the motorway so handy for an overnight stay.Rooms: The bed was really comfy and the room was cosy and warm.

This Premier Inn is OK, not great but not the worst I?ve stayed in. Staff were reasonable when checking in but lacking that friendly helpful disposition I?ve come to expect. Good location near the M5 and despite this my room was quiet with no traffic noise. I was at the back of the building, my room faced a huge hedge about 5 feet from my window. This made the room very dark but also very quiet. Personally this is a trade off I am happy to accept.

The rates are good, the location is very convenient, the staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. It's a win, win, win. Gotta love a Premier Inn for no frills travel lodging. The staff is amazing. A lot of other companies could take a page from the Premier Inn customer service handbook. It's always quick and always done with a smile. This, as well as the rates and room quality have turned us into regular customers.

Giant spider in the corner! But otherwise one of the best Premier Inns we've been

The hotel needs some maintenance work, our room, 220, had mould round the windows, fan didn?t work and it was very stuffy as the windows can?t be opened.Bed was soft with sheets that didn?t fit, not heard of fitted sheets?

Unusual type of building for a Premier Inn, former school or something i think. some rooms are located in separate building. Room was quiet and comfortable. Very small buffet style breakfast room, advisable to book breakfast. Polite and efficient staff. Free parking. Would have given 4 stars but no phone in room which concerned me regarding security or emergencies.

First-time staying in a Premier in. Greeted with a warm welcome eady booking in, and the room was comfortable. We opted for the full breakfast, staff very happy go lucky and helpful, good quality food and freshly made.

Do not come here to charge your car, as much as Premier Inn promotes it as a ?benefit?. The charging station doesn?t work and the car parking company will fine you if you enter the car park and don?t pay. Cost me over 100 and half an hour of my time to unsuccessfully charge the car.

Stopped for a breakfast, overall appearance of car park , grounds and building dirty, untidy and unmaintained .Absolutely shocking for a hotel, would not be able to eat anything in an environment like this.

Good hotel for overnight stop enroute to Cornwall from Kent, only problem was the occupants of the adjoining room who thought it ok to talk loudly around 4am ?

The main room was lovely, big and clean. Although I think they forgot to clean my toilet as there was black crusty stuff all over the toilet seat and there was no toilet roll. The breakfast room is tiny and there were no spaces left for us to have breakfast, we were advised to travel to another Premier Inn to have breakfast - so I'd recommend booking in advance!

£ 65 for a double room I have no complaints at all. Good service and checking procedure, breakfast was a small charge of £8 but was perfect. Staff are friendly, accommodation is quiet, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a stop over enroute to
