I am a disabled person in a scooter.i enjoy the products in the taunton store.but will never shop there again.when you get to the tills particularly the self service ones someone comes rushing over the push the buttons such as do you want to give to charity without asking you.saying you don't want to.push the card button.etc.take the items out of your basket and scan them.you may think it's trying to help but it's not they are checking on what you pay.i understand shop lifting is rampant today but this is over the top.i looked round today and he had his head down to a bag I had on the footplate which I bought from another store I said there is only one thing I bought for my grandson in there he said he was just interested in it.it was a kids toy.it just intimidates me I shop in there at least 5 times a week I've never stole anything in my life working for the civil service and even in downing St for years.it really is over the top.i will never enter the store again.its not only me every customer has the same treatment so it's not because I'm disabled.it also slows down the paying process.

Very rude customer service. Have been visited number of stores all over the country but first time had this experience. Manager was treated for customers with different way with their race and vey dissatisfied.

Had a problem with One of the chargers and they was happy to help came back again to realise it didn?t work for iPhone was happy to give me a refund but I didn?t have one as such lovely customer service
