Housekeeping recently in North Curry I had an issue with a parcel return,the young man in Post Office was very helpful in dealing with it! As an ex Royal Mail employee with 39 years service, a return to traditional caring help was a breath of fresh air! Keep up the good work!

The staff are always friendly, happy to help you with any questions you might have. I was trying to send a parcel to my daughter who?s about to start her second year of university and they were so helpful. Real top notch level of service!

I have visited a few times over the last couple of months for various reasons and I have found the man behind the counter to be excellent, always greets you with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble! A few days ago I had issues with the QR code when trying to send back a clothing parcel but the man was so helpful in explaining where I was going wrong and I then managed to find the correct QR code for him to scan, he was so patient and helpful. The kind of fantastic customer service you remember for all the right reasons!

Very good service with friendly and efficient staff. Didn't have to queue for long and it was straightforward to post my parcel and make a cash withdrawal. Also appreciate being able to deposit cheques for my bank as the nearest bank branch is a significant drive away. Thank you.
