Absolutely useless the staff are, twice I have been in and both times they have been unhelpful as hell. You dare ask a question and even thought it?s there jobs they bite your head off. Avoid at all costs go to any other post office trust me you will have a much better experience.

Not sure what the guys problem is behind the counter (David i think his name is) he is the rudest, most condescending miserable person i have ever come into contact with. His attitude is disgusting & i dread being served by him when i do have to go in! Avoid this Post Office at all costs if you can! You will be treated like rubbish no matter how polite & friendly you are! Such a shame.....

This post office has been so useful for me this year. Being an online shop owner, I end up with a lot of orders to ship but they?re more than happy to just get on with it rather than moan (unlike Priorswood Post Office). Yes it?s small and there?s usually a queue outside but we?re in the middle of a pandemic so social distancing does add length to it but I?m never there for long.. Even with my many parcels.The staff have always been friendly and I see the same members of staff each time (I go 3-4 times a week) so I have no clue who others are being served by.. Will continue to support this little post office!

Every experience in this post office has been appallingly BAD. Very poor/ shocking customer service, on departure from post office received sarcastic comments.
